It is our pleasure to accommodate pets - $10 each per stay
Children, under 18, $40 each in total per 1-4 night stay and $60 each in total per 5-7+ night stay.
$10 charge per cot per stay.
Daytime visitors of Cottage Guests: $10 per adult, $5 per child.

Terms and Conditions
- Normal check in is from 2pm UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED WITH MANAGEMENT. Early arrival incurs an additional $10.00 per hour charge.
- Guests are asked to vacate by 10.30am UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED WITH MANAGEMENT.
There is an exception for Sundays where check-out is 2pm UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED WITH MANAGEMENT.
Late departure incurs an additional $10.00 per hour charge.
- A 50% deposit is payable at time of booking. Deposits can be paid by internet transfer, cheque or money order.
- Payment of deposit secures your booking and confirms that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions
- If cancellation notice of one week or less is given then the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- If more than one week but less than two week’s notice of cancellation is given the deposit can be transferred, once only, providing an alternative booking is made, to be taken within 6 months.
- If more than two week's notice of cancellation is given the deposit is refundable LESS A $20 ADMIN FEE.
- We have many visitors booking, particularly on weekends. Please book well in advance to be sure of a place.
- If you book a room you get the cottage! We don't accept bookings from different parties.
- Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
